I founded Dot Analytics in 2018, and by 2024, we've grown into one of the top data analytics agencies in Eastern Europe. I've always had a passion for mathematics, even though it wasn't my strongest subject in school. I took advanced courses and, as a practical person, always looked for ways to apply theoretical concepts to real-world scenarios. Before founding a company I studied Physics at the National Technical University and also have a degree in Economics, which fueled my interest in statistics and their practical applications. Today, our agency has a talented team of 12 data engineers, 5 data analysts, 2 data visualization experts & 1 statistician. We serve clients across 20 countries, in 3 languages, and all time zones.

Early Beginnings
During this period, we embarked on our first analytics projects.
We primarily collaborated with startup founders, developing AI and ML algorithms and working with diverse data types, including audio, images, and text.

This period marked significant growth for us. We conducted our first professional photo session in the Kyiv office and pivoted to Marketing Analytics, carving out a niche for our services.
We began working with more established companies with high Ads traffic volumes, and a consistent need for efficient data processes and data-driven decisions.
We transitioned to stable platforms like Google Cloud to offer robust, reliable data engineering solutions. Our expertise in Marketing Analytics grew, and we started using advanced statistical tools to improve traffic efficiency for our clients.
